November 2, 2012 | UCAR's first seasonal flu clinic was held at the Mesa Lab on November 1. During the month of November the flu clinic will travel to multiple campuses to provide free flu shots for employees, retirees, their spouses/partners and dependent (adult) children 18-26 years of age.

Sponsored by UCAR's Wellness Advisory Committee, the clinics will visit UCAR's Boulder and Cheyenne campuses. For those who can't attend the on-site clinics, you can schedule an appointment for the seasonal flu vaccination at any Passport Health facilities.
The on-site clinics are on a walk-in basis, with no appointment necessary. Current employees do not need a voucher.
UCAR staff visiting the Boulder or Cheyenne Passport Health locations must show their UCAR employee ID/access card (no voucher needed).
Vouchers are required for retirees and eligible dependents and at all Passport Health locations. Vouchers are ONLY valid at these select Passport Health locations during the dates provided on the vouchers or while vaccine supplies last. To receive a voucher, contact Cheryl Cristanelli, ext. 8708.
For those interested in the Optional FluMist, it is available at each location upon request and co-pay of $19/pp to be paid by participants.
