Join us for a fun and enriching day of learning about science and the atmosphere at a virtual Super Science Saturday on Saturday, Nov. 7. All are welcome to this free, daylong event.
Highlights will include exciting online demos and experiments for kids of all ages, including rocket propulsion, augmented reality, and extreme cloud formation. Participants will have opportunities to submit questions at the presentations. The entire event will be livestreamed from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Scientists and educators at the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR) will host the event, which will feature a special guest appearance by Mike Nelson, Denver Channel 7’s chief meteorologist.
“Since we can't gather in person this year, we're bringing our annual Super Science Saturday event to everyone virtually,” said Tiffany Fourment of the UCAR Center for Science Education. “Science is everywhere, and we’re so excited to share it in this new format.”
Super Science Saturday will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mountain Time on Nov. 7. Click here for more information and link to join.
